We watched Jason's little cousin, Jaden, for a week while his mommy and daddy went on a dreamy vacation to the Caribbean. The kid's played and played. I think Beckam was so excited to wake up to a playmate everyday. "Jaden" was often the first thing out of his mouth when I went to get him out of his crib in the morning's.

They crashed while watching a movie. It was naptime for Beckam anyway, so I let them have some quiet time and watch a movie, but it turns out they needed a nap too.

This is the most fascinating part of the whole museum. The skeleton structure of a supersaurus.
If you try to look, you can see the neck goes on forever before the little skull of a head is noticed. The tail goes on even longer than the neck. It's impossible to get it all without a panoramic camera. You can't help but feel so tiny and inferior standing next to this thing. Did this gigantic creature actually roam the earth? The map shows that it lived in the Montana area- crazy! It's seriously monstrous.

Here they are digging for dinosaurs in the river thing (for lack of a better word :)
Chlorinated water runs through it and the kids build dam's and pools, and whatever else they feel like building.

Being a dirt, mud, and water kind of kid, this is a blast for Beckam.
As I saw him walking toward me in his apron, I couldn't help but think of E.T. when he comes out in that little dress that hits the floor.

Here's Monga, my sidekick for the day. Thank goodness she was with me or my kid's would have been lost...maybe on purpose. Beckam didn't get a nap this day so when he wasn't totally preoccupied with something, he was screaming in my ears. Hence the previous comment :)
I find the dinosaur time period with its many different era's totally bizarre but really fascinating. They seem so unrealistic and pointless, violent and incredible. They are creatures I just can't put a reason to, but I don't have to so I won't.
